Hey Spencer,
I talked with Curtis about a week ago and he told me whats been happening with you and so I`ve been reading both the veloloco blog and your personal one catching up on whats been happening. I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you and praying to God for him to heal you brother. Please drop me a line when you have a chance so we can catchup.
You can find me at myalteregohamish@gmail.com. On a cycling note, I came forth at the early bird road race but got caught up in a crash at cherry pie this last weekend. No damage though.....phew.
With Love
Andrew
...apropos of nothing but the 4:20, my amigo dave reddix was one of the original cats...
...'high times' even honored that little group by flying them to nyc for a party, years ago...
...stay PRO, sorelegs...
I'd swallow a quarter at 2:20 just to see how far it could go...
Good luck man! I have read your blog while remarking to myself how similar our 40's cycling progression is. Then to read about your journey to discovery of the bad dude (cancer)sucking your wheel. Now that you know about it I am hoping you and your team can destroy it and leave it on the climb. God Speed!
Hiya Sorelegs--
Came over from the Fat Cyclist's blog after he pimped your blog.
You've got it tough, but you can do this. Stay focused on the prize, the peleton is with you on this.
Good vibes heading your way from Oregon!
I am a crossover from the Fatcyclist. And what would I do? I would go for a big ride for a a few hours before the CT scan to all tim in the tube to be resttul time. And then I would take my wife to lunch.
Best of luck.
Another referral from Fat Cyclist. Great to see you have such a positive attitude. It will take you a long way. http://wonderdyke.spaces.live.com/

...i know it's not a priority, but if one a' your buds drove ya down, the excitement really might be good for you...
...anyway, hope yer doin' as good as can be, dude, stay strong...

Just came over from Fat Cyclist like a few other folks here. Read your entries, and I will be back to follow your journey. You have a lot of hills to climb in the coming weeks and months. I hope that the knowledge that there is a community out here who are rooting for you helps a little. This fellow cyclist from currently cold and snowy upstate New York will be think about you, and remembering you and your family in his prayers.
Hey Puddin,
Happy Birthday. Don't get all comfy cozy in the feed zone cuz Terry and I got a date with Prospector and it's lookin like you just signed up for it too. Five times up my friend. Yes, in one day. You may be on four wheels for now, but two wheels are comin again. I don't care if I have to drag your ass up in the Burley. You're comin...So suit up or shut up. And don't forget to breathe. You're gonna need those lungs later.
