Update

We went to the med center this AM for the hopefully definitive bone marrow biopsy, and of course to meet the oncologist. The Doc seems like a very gentle man with a great manner. He took time to listen and to explain our many questions. I feel better knowing the guy that is going to be driving for a while.

KT and the Chickenhawk were there. It is so great to have them on my team. I really can't say that enough.

Daughter one was feeling not so great this AM so she went to Judy's house rather than school. Noey took daughter 2 to school and picked her up later. She is still over there playing, and I am sure she is having the time of her life.

The bone marrow biopsy was about as pleasant as having a large bore needle shoved into your back and then through the top of your hip bone and into your bone marrow, then having tissue ripped out of the inside of your bone. So, that is to say, unpleasant. I was not looking forward to it and am happy to have it behind me. At the same time I guess that at some point that procedure is going to seem like small potatoes.

We wont know anything about the results until a couple of days from now so there is really nothing new to report.

When we got home up pulled Curtis Hincapie (a nickname). He was there to measure for the hot tub. We've had the hot tub for about a year. Haven't had a chance to install it because I've been in too much pain for to long. There is hincapie and the chickenhawk:

...sorelegs, it looks like ya got a good & loving team around you...but hey, if ya need another person just to hand up water bottles, figuratively speaking, i'm there dude...

...i feel like a bit of a rube, cuz i know it's redundant but stay strong & stay positive...

...now is not the time for details, but i am kind of a medical miracle & due to being mentally, as much as physically fit from cycling, i not only survived but i again thrive on the bike...

...my best to the whole team...

I have got an awesome team. Really couldn't be better, but I am taking all the help I can get. You guys rock!
